Q1: How can are set the tunable white CCT to solve the tuning problem of different CCT range mixed in the same group? for example some luminaries of 2700-6500K, some 2700-5000K, or other range?
A1: Part 209 tunable white (colour type Tc) allows calibration, so I don’t see any problem. If you send a command to both drivers, requesting 3000K, they will both provide 3000K output on their lamps, even though the lamps have different capabilities. The driver does the calculation to provide the correct drive current to each of its lamps.
What you need to set the physical min. and max. CCT of each luminaries on the configuration software(like following), Once the physical CCT range is settle, only the "Intersection of all the luminaries will be visual on the software for CCT tuning, this ensure all luminaries can be tuned to exactly the same CCT. For example, if we mixed 2700-6500K and 2700-5000K, after physical CCT setting, we only can see the active CCT tuning range of 2700-5000K, and once you adjust to 4000K, all luminaries will be 4000K.
