Lighting aging test is an important process implemented to ensure stability and durability of lighting products. The lighting aging test is typically done to identity products defects and measure the performance and safety of products under harsh testing environment such as high temperature, high voltage ,etc. Reliable and accurate aging test is the important element contributing to excellent quality and reducing failure rate of led lighting products.
In order to maintain the quality of LED lighting products with exceptional performance and outstanding reliability, Kinglumi puts a strong emphasis on conducting accurate aging tests of all LED lights ranging from LED track lights to industrial high-bay LED lights before shipping. For example, we adopt advanced and automatic aging test line for our track led lights that go through a total of six testing zones including "low-voltage", "average-voltage"," impact zone", "high-voltage", "roaming zone" and "detection zone". Throughout this whole process, all LED lights products are lighting up while experiencing harsh and severe voltage and temperature variations.
Lighting aging test is not unusual particularly for new lighting product with a higher testing demands. Despite a high energy and operation costs, Kinglumi continues to conduct 24/7 lighting aging test for all new LED lighting products.
