Before starting Kinglumi in the year 2005, Mr. Zhu worked at Huawei as the R&D Director, he has strong experience in cutting-edge technology, over 30 years in technical development and he has joined many new product development, which is also a very important reason why Kinglumi is a technical-based innovative company. And he has a strong desire to "Light the world, Green the earth", and that is why Kinglumi has been in the business of manufacturing green energy products for past nearly two decades.

2005.08.08 Kinglumi Co., Ltd. was established.
2006
Honored to be the first company showcasing the high power PAR30 light fitting at the Frankfurt Lighting Fair( Light + Building).
2007
The 1000LM PAR38 lamp was developed and launched with great sales success, effectively improving Kinglumi brand influence worldwide.
2008
Designed and released the first triac dimmable LED light which's highly recognized in industry and protected by many patents around the world.
2009
Moved to a new factory covering 10,000sqm; Selfdeveloped CRI>95 LED lamps were successfully utilized in some commercial applications.
2010
The patented anti glare CAMETA lens was a big breakthrough made by Kinglumi to provide exceptionally glarefree and uniform lighting.
2011
Cooperated with Harbin Institute of Technology to establish the first domestic LED thermal design joint research center; CAMETA lamps achieved sales success of 1,500,000pcs in 2011.
2012
Took pride in establishing strategic partnership with Sharp Corporation, a famous Japanese multinational corporation in Japan.
2013
Kinglumi was the first company in China to combine anti-glare reflector design with CAMETA 2.0 lens technology for optimizing energy efficiency and glare-free performance.
2014
Become a DALI Member & launch LEDGEAR® Brand.
2015
Made remarkable sales achievements in the third generation Water-drop track lights that benefit customers for its aesthetic appearance, high energy efficiency and durability.
2016
The UGR<19 and energyefficient Annulight™ LED high bay lighting was designed by Kinglumi, taking industrial lighting to a higher level.
2017
Kinglumi made a big breakthrough again in lighting innovation and developed
modular, recycling and UGR<16 APOLLO panel light.
2018
Kinglumi unveils the LEDGEAR® DALI-2 standard LED drivers and lights, which comes after other three lighting manufacturers in China.
2019
LEDGEAR® led drivers approved by ENEC, also expand with DALI DT8 and Bluetooth smart control functions. Facility expanded 5000 sqm.
2020
Kaiware was established and introduced cutting-edge technologies, including AI Lighting Control, adaptive full spectrum lighting solutions, and wireless control capabilities. And launched the CAIMETA AI control APP.
2021
Expands lighting control product range with Tuya platform and DALI. Facility upgraded with more automatic production machines and production capacity increased 30%.
2022
Kinglumi caimeta META 1 series was launching, we are stepping into the world of AI lighting with the Auto color sensing, full Spectrum lighting solution.
2023
The META 2 series is equipped with big data functions, allowing lights to have unlimited possibilities.
2024
Introduce scene recognition technology based on AI+IoT+LED technology, which can automatically identify scene information and user posture, determine the best matching light color for the usage scenario, and once again lead the industry.
